This 1969 picture of our patient was placed on "Our Heroes" bulletin board today. Willie was a Marine assigned to search and rescue. His duties included jumping out of helicopters to rescue pilots whose planes were shot down in the Pacific Ocean. Cypress Family Dental thanks all the Veterans that have served us, the citizens of The United States of America.

Dr. Wood's wife Kris and The Susan B. Anthony Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution have adopted the US Marines of 2/4 Echo Co Unit 40285. They are currently serving in Afghanistan. With the cold weather approaching we would like to help them stay warm and toasty by sending hand warmers, wool socks and hot chocolate packets. If interested, in donating, items can be dropped off at the dental office from now until November 30. Cards and letters of appreciation would also be nice. Good Luck to all students and teachers returning to school after a restful, relaxing summer. Dr. Wood is a lucky man, he has five children in college this year!

I don't see the leaves changing but it must be Back to School time, we are losing two employees this week, Rachel and Clint will be leaving the end of this week to return to school. We will miss them but wish them luck with their studies this year. Hopefully they will be back at Cypress Family Dental next summer. Good Luck to you both.
