Care to Share

We are pleased to announce our new patient referral program, Care to Share!  Here's how it works:

1.  One of our staff members gives you a Care to Share card, with certain discounts for treatment.*

2.  You give the Care to Share card to a friend or family member who could use a friendly, painless dentist.

3.  The friend or family member comes to our office for discounted treatment.

We have one card to share with friends and family, and a second card for members of the military.  So if you know someone who could use a great dentist, let us know, and give them a Care to Share card!

*Can be used only with services of $150 or greater.  After examination, other costs and dental needs may be determined.  Certain insurance limitations and exclusions may apply.  Not valid with other offers or prior
service.  No cash value.
